This documentation is for general users who purchased a SaaS plan on the global platform. As a service holder, in your dashboard panel you can purchase a new newspaper, connect a custom domain, make a support ticket for help, and renew your newspaper.
Newspaper Management
Create, view, renew and fix your newspapers from the dashboard.
Everything related to buying and maintaining your newspapers lives in the Newspaper Management section of your dashboard.
How to create a newspaper?
If you want to create a new newspaper for your business, you can easily create it. Follow these steps:

Log in to the web portal
First of all, please log in to our web portal.

Go to the pricing plan page
Go to the pricing plan page and choose your pricing tier (a free plan is also available).

Continue to the newspaper onboard page
After choosing a tier, you are redirected to the newspaper onboard page.

Set up your billing info (if needed)
Remember: if you don't provide your billing info, you are redirected to your billing info setup page. First set up your billing info to proceed with your first action. If you already have billing info selected, continue the newspaper onboarding process.

Provide a unique domain name
On the newspaper onboard page, provide your domain name. The system verifies whether the domain exists or not — if it already exists, you are unable to register the same name. So try to provide a unique name for your newspaper.

Choose your theme
Choose your theme — we have multiple themes available.

Make the payment
Complete the payment for your selected plan.

Wait for server configuration
Please keep waiting 2-3 minutes — our system processes the server configuration for you.
Billing info is required first
If your billing info is missing, the system redirects you to set it up before you can proceed with onboarding. Complete it once and continue.
How can I see my available connected newspapers?
If you want to see your newspaper list, go to your dashboard panel. In the Newspaper Management section you can see the "my newspaper" option. On this page you can see your available connected domains.
Newspaper statuses
You can see live, expired, pending, draft and processing newspapers here.
How to renew an expired newspaper?
On your user panel you can see the expired newspaper list.
On each newspaper item, in the action button (the 3-dot button), click it and get the renew option. When you click it, you are redirected to the payment page. After payment, your newspaper is instantly live.
How to make live and fix the issues newspaper?
First of all, you need to know: what is an "issues" newspaper?
What is an issues newspaper?
This is a technical issue. Sometimes the system or server fails to create the newspaper. When it fails to generate, our system tracks the newspaper under "issues". You can't fix it yourself — this is on our technical end.
Your task is to create a support ticket to us. Our technical team will review it, fix it and make it live — and you will be notified.
How to make live the draft newspaper?
Sometimes you onboard a new newspaper but haven't completed the payment yet, or the onboarding is not complete yet. You will find the previously incomplete ones under the drafts tab.
If you feel like continuing the onboarding, go to this link, and on each individual item you can see the action button to complete the newspaper onboarding.
Custom Domain Management
Launch your newspaper under your own branded domain.
Custom domain is a multi-step, dependent task on our platform. It doesn't end here — you have to do something on your side too.
Our system loads your newspaper on a subdomain by itself:
mynews.newsglobalerp.com
But if you want to launch your newspaper under your branded domain, you can do that:
mynews.com
How to connect a custom domain?
From your dashboard, go to the custom domain page.
On this page you can see the domain request form. Before proceeding, please follow this page's terms and rules — we already provide a user guide on this page.
Your plan must include custom domain
Remember: you are unable to request a custom domain if your currently active plan under the newspaper does not have that option. To be clear: if your newspaper is running our basic plan and we don't provide the custom domain feature on the basic plan, you can't do it.
Wait for admin approval
After you request, wait for admin approval. When the admin approves it, your site will go live under the custom domain.
